On the week beginning 20th November, children from Y2 will be able to take part in Takeover challenges within school. Staff are currently offering roles that the children can "take over" on the day, like teaching an art lesson, taking story time, looking after the Southroyd chickens, completing the attendance registers, playground duty, lunchtime support and much more. From Friday 6th, children will be able to apply for any of the roles within school and School Council will match the job applications to the tasks. After a lot of success last year, we know a lot of children will be involved in the process and we will welcome students from Priesthorpe who will share the events with us.
